Primero os hablaré un poco de la banda.
Hey Monday es una banda de pop rock. Está formada por Cassadee Pope (vocalista), Jersey Moriarty (bajo), Mike Gentile (guitarra principal), Alex Lipshaw (guitarra rítmica), y Elliot James (batería).
La banda se formó en West Palm Beach (Florida) cuando Cassadee Pope reunió a Mike Gentile, Elliot James, Alex Lipshaw y Jersey Moriarty.
Su álbum debut Hold on Tight fue lanzado el 7 de octubre de 2008 a través de Columbia Records y Decaydance.
Combinan el power pop, pop punk y rock alternativo.
